Look what I found from my stash ~ Classic Asian Noodles

Ee Meen in Tau Pok Soup - page 164-165
 I used vegetable stock cube in place of chicken stock
Emperor dried egg noodles in place of dried Ee meen
Siew Pak Choy in place of Choy Sam
Very light and simple meal
